Terry Schreiner
Designated Broker/Owner
Licensed since 1993, Schreiner Realty Designated Broker, Owner and Property Manager. With Terry’s extensive experience and knowledge, he makes it a priority to assist his clients throughout the selling or buying process while managing the Realtors in his office. Father of 5 and grandfather of 10, Terry enjoys camping, off-road riding, gardening, raising chickens and home improvements.
Victoria Schreiner
Managing Broker/Owner/REALTOR®/Property Manager
Licensed since 1994, Schreiner Realty Managing Broker and Property Manager. Victoria spent 16 years in Broadcast Journalism and Television News while assisting Terry in Real Estate. In 2002, Victoria started her full-time career in Real Estate. Victoria was awarded 2017 SEVRAR Realtor of the Year by industry colleagues. Victoria manages the office operations and accounting for Property Management. She enjoys camping & off-road riding, raising chickens and her 5 children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren.
Mike Breeze

Licensed since 2014, Mike lives in the mountain community of Payson with his wife and 3 children while enjoying everything the forest has to offer like fishing, hunting and the great outdoors. Mike helps buyers and sellers in several mountain communities buying their primary home or vacations homes.

Licensed Realtor since 2007, Carrie specializes in Property Management at Schreiner Realty. Carrie is a native of Arizona who graduated from Mesa High School & the University of Phoenix
with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing. Carrie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping, sunflowers and yes may binges on Netflix from time to time. Always happy to help, Carrie does a great job and enjoys working in Real Estate helping others.
Maureen Miller

Licensed Realtor since 2003 and Property Manager since 2008. Maureen helps Buyers and sellers purchases real estate and investment properties. Maureen enjoys spending time with family and friends, scuba diving, camping, ATV riding, legos and jigsaw puzzles. Her motto is, “Do it while you can before you can’t”. Licensed since 2009, Nick says Arizona was his favorite place to visit before he moved to Gilbert, Arizona in 2008. Before being licensed, Nick said he would talk to friends back home in Chicago and many expressed interest in buying a home in Arizona. After showing them around and answering their questions, he realized he should get his real estate license and get paid for doing those things.
